1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of the MindSolve Consulting website (mindsolveconsulting.com), including the careers section and application forms. By using the website or submitting an application, you agree to these terms. The website is operated by MindSolve Consulting, Strada Academiei 28-30, Bucharest, Romania — contact@mindsolveconsulting.com.
2. Job applications
- You confirm that all information you submit (identity, experience, CV, contract eligibility, compensation expectations) is accurate, complete and refers to you personally
- Submitting an application does not create an employment or collaboration relationship and does not guarantee an interview, offer or placement
- Positions are published on behalf of our clients; role details may change or be withdrawn at any time without notice
- Some positions carry location or contract-form eligibility requirements (e.g., Romania-based candidates, B2B invoicing through a RO/EU entity); applications that do not meet them may be automatically declined
- Your application data is processed as described in our Privacy Policy
3. Acceptable use
- Do not submit false, misleading or third-party information
- Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, probe or gain unauthorized access to the website or its data
- Do not use automated tools to scrape the website or mass-submit applications
We may refuse, remove or block applications and access that violate these terms.
4. Intellectual property
The website content — text, design, graphics and logos — belongs to MindSolve Consulting or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission. Trademarks of third parties (including technology names referenced in job descriptions) belong to their respective owners.
5. Liability
