This policy explains how we process personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable Romanian law.

When you apply for a position through this website, we collect:

• Identification and contact data: full name, email address, phone number
• Professional data: CV/résumé, LinkedIn profile URL, work history, skills, certifications
• Collaboration preferences: contract type and compensation expectations
• Application context: the position applied for, your message, date of application
• Technical data: IP address and derived country (used to verify location eligibility), browser type, pages visited

When you browse the website, we collect anonymous usage statistics through analytics cookies, only with your consent.

• Recruitment and placement: evaluating your application and matching you with open positions at our clients — based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract (Art. 6(1)(b))
• Sharing shortlisted profiles with our clients and partners for placement purposes — based on your consent given when applying
• Location eligibility verification for positions restricted to specific countries — based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f))

• Our clients and partners, strictly for recruitment and placement for the positions you applied to or similar roles, through access-controlled, revocable links

• Communication tools used internally to notify our recruitment team of new applications

We do not sell your personal data. Transfers outside the EEA, where they occur, are protected by adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses.

Application data and CVs are kept for up to 24 months from your last application or interaction, so we can consider you for suitable roles. You can request earlier deletion at any time. Anonymous analytics data is retained per Google Analytics settings (up to 14 months).

Under GDPR you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data
• Erasure ("right to be forgotten")
• Restrict or object to processing
• Data portability (receive your data in a machine-readable format)
• Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting prior processing
