B2B collaboration invoiced through a legally registered entity (PFA/SRL) is required.
A fully remote Business Analyst role supporting a banking FAQ / conversational-AI product. The Business Analyst bridges banks, the vendor and the development team to define and continuously improve an FAQ bot integrated into a CMS.
This is a fully remote position. Working languages: English and German.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze and document business requirements from banks, including user stories, use cases and functional specifications
- Coordinate and collaborate with the vendor and banks to maintain and ensure the quality of FAQ content within the CMS
- Work closely with the development team to implement requirements and integrate the FAQ bot
- Analyze user behavior and feedback to continuously improve UX, response quality and accuracy
- Communicate with business and technical stakeholders and prepare project status reports
- Support the planning, execution and documentation of releases while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements in the banking environment
- Contribute to an agile project environment following Scrum methodologies
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Requirements Engineer
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Experience in stakeholder management
- Knowledge of chatbots, conversational AI or FAQ systems is an advantage
- Experience in banking or financial services is desirable
- Experience with agile methodologies, particularly Scrum
- Fluent English and good German
- Having a BA and developers sharing the same native language (e.g. Polish) would be a strong benefit as it facilitates smoother communication
