Experience

  • 1-3 years experience

Languages

  • English — written and verbal

Certifications

  • ServiceNow CSA — Preferred
  • ITIL Foundation — Preferred

Nice to have

  • ServiceNow ITSM module knowledge
  • Basic JavaScript
  • Workflows, Service Catalog, reporting exposure
  • CMDB concepts
  • Agile or ITIL practices

  • Instance maintenance, monitoring, health checks, upgrades support
  • Forms, fields, notifications, reports, dashboards configuration
