API development and backend engineering
RAG pipelines over company documentation and knowledge bases
Terraform, CI/CD, DevOps automation

Technical environment

Prompt engineering and orchestration layers: accuracy, brand voice, safety
Agent ops: evaluation frameworks for latency, accuracy, safety

Domain knowledge

Genesys, Cisco, Avaya CCaaS platforms
Salesforce, Zendesk CRM integration
