  • Agent development: reasoning, grounding, tool-use
  • Agent Assist (GKA, Proactive GKA, AI Coach, Live Translation) and Conversational Insights
  • Telephony / CCaaS integration and real-time omnichannel routing
  • API development and backend engineering
  • RAG pipelines over company documentation and knowledge bases
  • Terraform, CI/CD, DevOps automation

Technical environment

  • Prompt engineering and orchestration layers: accuracy, brand voice, safety
  • Agent ops: evaluation frameworks for latency, accuracy, safety

Domain knowledge

  • Genesys, Cisco, Avaya CCaaS platforms
  • Salesforce, Zendesk CRM integration
