IT Business Systems Analyst – Integration Platform
Implement a CIAM / SSO identity platform for a bank's Integration Platform team. Hybrid in Bucharest, B2B.
🇷🇴 This position is open to candidates based in Romania only, with fiscal residency there.
B2B collaboration invoiced through a legally registered entity (PFA/SRL) is required.
As part of a major banking digital transformation strategy, the Integration Platform team is expanding and is looking for a talented Business Systems Analyst to help implement a CIAM platform that supports SSO and comprehensive identity management features.
The team builds end-to-end software products using Agile methodology for the bank's business divisions. This is a hybrid role based in Bucharest, on a B2B contract — presence at the office is expected 2-3 times per week.
Job Activities
- Transform business requirements into functional and non-functional specifications
- Analyze the impact of business requirements on the existing systems and overall IT environment
- Assess feasibility, benefits and risks and provide opinions and recommendations
- Create user stories and work closely with the development and testing team members to implement system requirements
- Participate in the solution design, support development and testing
- Maintain specifications up to date throughout the project, operating approved changes
- Provide technical and analysis support to BSA colleagues from other teams who collaborate closely with the Middleware team
- Stay updated on middleware technologies and best practices

Job Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in business & system analysis, preferably with focus on systems integration
- A plus: experience in the banking field, with a business understanding of banking flows
- Knowledge of core banking systems, integration, loan application, treasury, etc. helps
- API interface knowledge; previous experience in designing interfaces
- At least medium knowledge of drafting UML diagrams
- Previous experience with Jira and Confluence
- A plus: familiarity with SSO / CIAM concepts (OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, Tokens, MFA)
- Fluent in SQL
- Previous Agile methodology experience with medium to large teams
- Good command of English
Working Model
Hybrid — Bucharest office 2-3 days per week. B2B contract only.
